The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor role at Round One’s new Ventura location is an essential leadership position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations. This role ensures that guests enjoy outstanding service and dining experiences, contributing significantly to the establishment's overall reputation and success. The supervisor will manage staff, control inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while working in a dynamic and vibrant entertainment environment.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. They should be flexible with availability, especially during nights and weekends, which aligns with the facility's operating hours and customer demand patterns. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability especially nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without breaks
- Capacity to lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a high activity and noisy environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years food and beverage management experience preferably in restaurant, fast food, or hospitality industries
- Proven ability to lead and train staff
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Experience managing budgets and inventory control
- Ability to work in a noisy and busy environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Assign duties to staff on shift
- Lead F&B team by training and appraising personnel
- Complete reviews, absence reports, and supervise staff attendance
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food
- Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Schedule and receive F&B deliveries, checking delivery contents for quality and quantity
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
- Create sales and productivity reports for upper management
- Enforce compliance with local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and loss prevention
