We are currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all services meet established restaurant and guest service standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the food quality, managing customer satisfaction, scheduling and coaching associates, and ensuring compliance with sanitation, safety, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing operational challenges, supporting the team through high-volume periods, and maintaining inventory control alongside equipment oversight.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting
  • Food service experience at server level
  • Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls
  • Experience with Micros point of sales system preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods walk push lift up to 50 pounds bend reach stoop kneel and crouch

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience in restaurant or banquet settings
  • Background in food service at the server level
  • Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls
  • Experience with Micros point of sales system preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Understanding of sanitation and safety compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to brand and hotel standards and core values
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets ensuring food quality is consistent appealing and prepared to guest specifications
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates in all food and beverage services
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food
  • Perform service functions during periods of high volume or staffing shortages
  • Assist with maintaining proper par levels and inventories of food and beverage supplies including linen, glassware, silverware, china, and condiments
  • Ensure staff adhere to all state, federal and corporate requirements related to serving alcoholic beverages
  • Ensure all equipment is operational report malfunctions and follow up on repairs
  • Implement sustainability practices related to EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
