The position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Verve Hotel Boston Natick is a vital role responsible for supervising and coordinating all food and beverage service activities within the hotel’s outlets and banquet operations. This role requires a proactive leader who supports both the Food and Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager in maintaining exceptional guest service standards. The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily food and beverage services within a fast-paced hotel environment.
In this supervisory role, the individual will manage restaurant, lounge, and banquet service staff, oversee daily shifts, and ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and appearance guidelines are maintained at all times. They will also be responsible for handling guest interactions, addressing concerns promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction, and supporting administrative functions such as shift reporting and departmental meetings. The role emphasizes visible leadership during service periods, coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their performance, and enforcing proper cash handling and closing procedures.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
- experience in hotel outlets and banquet operations preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties such as standing, walking, and lifting 35-50 lbs
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food and beverage setting
- outlet and banquet experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
