We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal within the hotel's restaurant operations, specifically overseeing the Musgrove Room and Twin Spades Lounge, two popular food and beverage outlets known for their exceptional offerings and ambiance. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for guiding the overall operation of the department, ensuring all food and beverage activities meet the high standards expected by both the Bluff Hotel and our guests. This role requires a hands-on leader who is committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience by maintaining quality, brand consistency, and excellent service.
As a key member of the Food and Beverage team, the supervisor will handle scheduling, inventory management, and actively monitor food preparation and service to uphold quality and efficiency. The position involves close collaboration with kitchen staff and participation in departmental meetings to align on standards and event oversight. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for managing profit and loss elements related to the food and beverage department, optimizing operations for financial health. This role also includes direct involvement in food preparation when necessary, demonstrating a willingness to support the team across functions.
This employment opportunity offers both full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. The Bluff Hotel provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, a 401K savings plan, employee discounts, and free onsite parking. The role requires availability on weekends and the ability to pass a background check. This is an in-person position with day shifts primarily scheduled Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed.
