Powered by dedicated individuals who continuously strive for personal and professional growth, Four Seasons operates with a culture that encourages mutual respect, excellence, and teamwork. The company believes in fostering a world-class employee experience to enable its team members to create lasting impressions for guests, residents, and partners alike. This dedication to superior service and employee well-being places Four Seasons among the elite in the hotel and resort industry worldwide.
Located in the prestigious wine region of Napa Valley, Four Seasons offers a unique blend of luxury and natural beauty. The resort is nestled within a world-class vineyard, providing guests with breathtaking views and an immersive experience in one of North America's premier food and wine destinations. At this Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star resort, guests indulge in innovative, seasonal cuisine at the Michelin-starred restaurant Auro, enjoy holistic spa treatments at Spa Talisa, and receive personalized service that embodies the Four Seasons standard of excellence.
The role open at this exceptional Napa Valley resort is a supervisory position within the Food and Beverage (F&B) department, responsible for overseeing daily operations when the F&B Manager is absent. This position involves managing multiple dining outlets, including TRUSS Restaurant + Bar, Auro, In-Room Dining (IRD), Pool service, and Banquets, ensuring that every guest receives top-tier service and attention. The supervisor plans, organizes, and directs the work of employees, striving to maintain the supreme quality and service that the Four Seasons brand promises.
In this role, the individual will be actively involved in training, evaluating, motivating, and coaching F&B staff to meet established cultural and operational standards. Emphasis is placed on visibility in operations, public relations, guest satisfaction, and managing special requests to create memorable dining experiences. The supervisor will also manage logistical aspects such as coordinating guest orders, maintaining amenity programs, and overseeing financial controls including labor expenses and inventory. This position requires flexibility to work across multiple departments and shifts to support a high-volume, 24/7 operation that prioritizes luxury and guest satisfaction.
Candidates for this position are expected to bring previous supervisory experience in food and beverage settings, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. A knowledge of food and beverage service, cost and labor control, merchandising, and accounting is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments, and a professional approach to guest service and employee management. Experience with computer systems supporting F&B operations is also required.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $33.11 and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical and dental insurance through Cigna, parental leave pay, training and development opportunities, complimentary accommodations and employee discounts at Four Seasons properties worldwide, employee meals, and a 401k retirement plan. The full-time role requires flexibility for early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts. Candidates must possess valid US work authorization as the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Overall, this is a prestigious opportunity to join a world-class luxury resort in Napa Valley, delivering impeccable food and beverage service and contributing to memorable guest experiences in a stunning setting. Four Seasons fosters an inclusive and supportive workplace, encouraging applications from diverse backgrounds and committed to equal employment opportunities. Join Four Seasons and be part of a team where authentic hospitality meets excellence in every detail.
