Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage supervision or a related leadership role
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including LeBar, CDA restaurant, In-Room Dining, and support banquets as needed
- Cultivate engagement through emotional intelligence and authentic connections with ambassadors and guests
- Lead by example to foster a dynamic team culture focused on high performance
- Ensure exceptional and memorable dining experiences for all guests
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
