Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 3:30 PM until closing
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations and address any concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
- Perform closing activities at the end of each nightly shift
