Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in management or similar role
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug test
- Must prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Must comply with smoke and tobacco-free workplace policy

Job Duties
- Assist food and beverage outlet manager with operational and financial aspects of the restaurant
- Assure high guest satisfaction by creating a festive dining atmosphere
- Increase sales and reduce service complaints
- Manage team member training programs
- Schedule all service related employees
- Enforce grooming and company policies
- Participate in monthly goals and measurements program
