Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in management or similar role
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass drug test
  • Must prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must comply with smoke and tobacco-free workplace policy

Job Duties

  • Assist food and beverage outlet manager with operational and financial aspects of the restaurant
  • Assure high guest satisfaction by creating a festive dining atmosphere
  • Increase sales and reduce service complaints
  • Manage team member training programs
  • Schedule all service related employees
  • Enforce grooming and company policies
  • Participate in monthly goals and measurements program
