The Food & Beverage Supervisor position at North Ridge Country Club plays a vital role in supporting the club’s dining operations. Job Duties

  • Supervise front of house staff during assigned shifts
  • ensure dining outlets are properly prepared prior to service
  • assign sections and responsibilities to service staff
  • monitor service flow and assist staff during busy periods
  • ensure service stations and dining areas remain clean and organized
  • maintain a visible presence on the service floor during operations
  • ensure food and beverage service meets club standards
  • conduct quality checks on food presentation and beverage service
  • assist staff in delivering efficient and attentive service
  • interact with members and guests during service periods
  • address member questions, requests, and service concerns promptly
  • escalate member issues to management when necessary
  • assist with onboarding and training new employees
  • reinforce service standards and operational procedures
  • provide coaching and direction to service staff during shifts
  • promote teamwork and professionalism among staff members
  • monitor employee timecards and correct punch issues
  • assist managers with shift reporting and operational documentation
  • support scheduling adjustments when necessary
  • ensure opening and closing checklists are completed
  • maintain knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar service standards
