Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience in theatre or food and beverage
  • Completion of TABC certification
  • Completion of Texas Food Handlers certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and late nights

Job Duties

  • Report to the food and beverage manager
  • Work with the food and beverage manager to run concessions throughout the venue
  • Ensure staff are in the proper place at the proper time and work areas are ready for service
  • Ensure all food and beverage staff are in proper uniform
  • Check bar staff areas at the end of shifts to ensure cleaning and stocking checklists are fulfilled
  • Inspect stocking areas to confirm proper storage and cleanliness
  • Maintain ice machines and associated equipment
  • Ensure all food and beverage upgrade experiences are set and ready
  • Monitor staff performance to enforce company policies
  • Increase speed of service, spend per head and staff morale
