Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in theatre or food and beverage
- Completion of TABC certification
- Completion of Texas Food Handlers certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and late nights

Job Duties
- Report to the food and beverage manager
- Work with the food and beverage manager to run concessions throughout the venue
- Ensure staff are in the proper place at the proper time and work areas are ready for service
- Ensure all food and beverage staff are in proper uniform
- Check bar staff areas at the end of shifts to ensure cleaning and stocking checklists are fulfilled
- Inspect stocking areas to confirm proper storage and cleanliness
- Maintain ice machines and associated equipment
- Ensure all food and beverage upgrade experiences are set and ready
- Monitor staff performance to enforce company policies
- Increase speed of service, spend per head and staff morale
