Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
- 1-2 years managing a coffee/smoothie program preferred
- experience in food and beverage operations
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ServSafe Level 1 manager certification
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant and cafe counter service operations
- supervise and train food and beverage staff
- oversee ordering and inventory management
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- deliver excellent guest service and maintain quality standards
- delegate multiple tasks effectively
