Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • 1-2 years managing a coffee/smoothie program preferred
  • experience in food and beverage operations
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ServSafe Level 1 manager certification
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant and cafe counter service operations
  • supervise and train food and beverage staff
  • oversee ordering and inventory management
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • deliver excellent guest service and maintain quality standards
  • delegate multiple tasks effectively
  • adapt to fast-paced work environment
