Job Requirements
- experience as a manager host server or maitre d in upscale cocktail bar restaurant or luxury hotel for minimum one year
- bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- proficiency in English language in reading writing and verbal communication
- ability to work flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
- hands on leadership approach
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to handle physical activities such as heavy lifting and working under various conditions
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or related relevant years of experience
- minimum one year experience in management or supervisory role in upscale cocktail bar restaurant or luxury hotel
- proficiency in English reading writing and verbal communication
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- technological literacy is a plus
Job Duties
- manage all front of house staff including hiring training and onboarding
- oversee daily food and beverage operations
- maintain service standards and quality of food and beverage offerings
- build strong guest relationships and respond to complaints promptly
- collaborate with culinary bar and hotel teams for seamless service
- monitor and control costs including ordering pricing and inventory
- lead staff meetings training sessions and implement educational programs
