Job Requirements

  • experience as a manager host server or maitre d in upscale cocktail bar restaurant or luxury hotel for minimum one year
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • proficiency in English language in reading writing and verbal communication
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
  • hands on leadership approach
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to handle physical activities such as heavy lifting and working under various conditions

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or related relevant years of experience
  • minimum one year experience in management or supervisory role in upscale cocktail bar restaurant or luxury hotel
  • proficiency in English reading writing and verbal communication
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • technological literacy is a plus

Job Duties

  • manage all front of house staff including hiring training and onboarding
  • oversee daily food and beverage operations
  • maintain service standards and quality of food and beverage offerings
  • build strong guest relationships and respond to complaints promptly
  • collaborate with culinary bar and hotel teams for seamless service
  • monitor and control costs including ordering pricing and inventory
  • lead staff meetings training sessions and implement educational programs
