Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision or leadership role
  • Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from 3:30 PM until closing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and perform shift reports
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional guest service and front-of-house skills
  • Knowledge of Toast point-of-sale system preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 3:30 PM until closing
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage guest relations and address any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
  • Perform closing activities at the end of each nightly shift
