Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior food and beverage or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labor and cost control
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations including restaurant, bar, and breakfast service
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all food and beverage standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures are consistently followed
- Assist in scheduling, labor control, and daily operational planning
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strong communication with the F&B manager and hotel leadership team
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
