The company prides itself on offering exceptional training programs designed to support employees at all levels of experience, fostering substantial growth and career development within the hospitality industry. Operating dual properties, including the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites located on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne, Blue Flame Management emphasizes delivering outstanding guest services combined with high operational standards and a supportive team environment.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Blue Flame Management is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage services at both hotel properties. This role involves managing restaurant, bar, and breakfast services while ensuring adherence to established Hilton and Blue Flame operational procedures, cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction standards. The supervisor will lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional guest experiences, maintain smooth operational performances, and help drive financial results through effective labor management, cost control, and inventory oversight.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will be entrusted with key responsibilities such as scheduling, labor control, inventory and cost management, as well as supporting new team member training and compliance with crucial health and safety regulations. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the F&B Manager and the wider hotel leadership is vital for maintaining operational excellence and achieving collective departmental goals. This position requires a hands-on leader who is actively involved on the floor, driving engagement among team members and ensuring that customer needs are promptly and professionally addressed.

This full-time supervisory role offers competitive pay along with opportunities for career advancement within a respected hospitality group. Blue Flame Management fosters a positive culture where teamwork, leadership development, and a passion for guest service serve as foundations of success. The company encourages flexible work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands. Furthermore, employees benefit from Hilton’s global travel discounts, making this not only a profession but also an opportunity to experience the hospitality industry’s breadth on a worldwide scale.

If you are a motivated individual with leadership capabilities, a passion for delivering quality service, and an eagerness to grow within the hospitality sector, the Food & Beverage Supervisor position at Blue Flame Management provides an excellent platform to advance your career. Join a dynamic team that values accountability, professionalism, proactive problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Become a key part of a company that invests in its employees, supports upward mobility, and maintains robust standards that align with the prestigious Hilton brand.
