Job Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Current work authorization for the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in Food & Beverage supervision or management
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Service-focused personality with passion for hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Passion for food and beverage service excellence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including LeBar, CDA restaurant, and In-Room Dining
  • Support Banquets operations as needed
  • Cultivate guest engagement through emotional intelligence and authentic connections
  • Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team by example
  • Foster a dynamic team culture to encourage high performance
  • Ensure exceptional and memorable dining experiences for guests
  • Implement innovative ways to enhance guest dining satisfaction
