Job Requirements

  • prior experience in food and beverage operations preferably in a supervisory or leadership role

Job Duties

  • Assist in supervision, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bussers, and support team members
  • lead and participate in pre-shift meetings to communicate service expectations, menu updates, and operational priorities
  • maintain a visible presence on the floor to monitor service quality and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • ensure all food and beverage outlets meet cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
  • monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to ensure alignment with company standards
  • support inventory management including tracking supplies, forecasting needs, and maintaining proper stock levels
  • coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working order
  • assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-focused approach
  • maintain and reconcile the house bank while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
  • support administrative tasks such as payroll tracking, shift reporting, email communication, and daily operational documentation
  • promote a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage or senior leadership
