Job Requirements

  • Valid Texas Food Handler's Card and TABC certification
  • Flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of 1 year of F&B supervisory experience preferred
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise food and beverage operations for in room dining, restaurant and lounge service
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
  • Assist with payroll and scheduling
