Job Requirements
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Card and TABC certification
- Flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 1 year of F&B supervisory experience preferred
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Supervise food and beverage operations for in room dining, restaurant and lounge service
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
- Assist with payroll and scheduling
