- 1-2 years of food and beverage or hospitality experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
- Knowledge of banquet service and restaurant operations preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
