Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of food and beverage or hospitality experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Knowledge of banquet service and restaurant operations preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

  • Support daily operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure exceptional guest service

  • Assist leadership team in restaurant, lounge, market, and banquet operations
  • Motivate and guide team members
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • Implement problem-solving to resolve issues
