Performance monitoring such as guest wait times and food quality ensures high service standards are met consistently. Supervisors also help manage inventory control, product rotation using FIFO methods, and coordinate deliveries to maintain well-stocked outlets. Furthermore, they work closely with warehouse and leadership teams to support inventory processes and administrative duties, including assistance with scheduling and labor law compliance.

This role demands individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and embody the values of intentionality, friendliness, safety, cleanliness, and fun. The Food and Beverage Supervisor engages heavily with guests and staff to create memorable moments that encourage repeat visits. Working outdoors in various weather conditions and managing physically demanding tasks are also part of the everyday responsibilities. As part of the Typhoon Texas team, supervisors contribute directly to the park's reputation as a top-tier family-friendly water park destination.
