Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to pass alcohol server license tests
- state alcohol server license and food handler's card required
- previous restaurant experience
- willingness to work evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- strong time management
- ability to perform long shifts and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- complete background and drug test successfully
Job Qualifications

- previous restaurant experience required
- previous management experience preferred
- ability to pass alcohol server tests

Job Duties
- Plan and estimate food and beverage costs
- coordinate with kitchen staff for provisioning and purchasing supplies
- supervise portion control and minimize waste
- order merchandise to replenish stock
- handle staffing responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling
- promote team spirit and good morale
- direct preparation and cooking of food
- perform quality checks on preparation and service
- coordinate administrative activities like record keeping and purchasing
- prepare work schedules and assign duties
- collaborate with management on marketing and special events
- ensure employee compliance with security procedures
- handle customer complaints professionally
- supervise and audit kitchen inventories and cash reconciliations
- review financial transactions and monitor budget
- promote catering sales and establish delivery schedules
- enforce sanitary practices and maintain cleanliness
- comply with state laws and health regulations
- perform other related duties as required
