Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items that weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Inspect storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies
- Complete inventories of supplies, food, and liquor and requisition necessary supplies
- Lead shifts and supervise associates as scheduled
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Ensure associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
- Collaborate with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions
- Assist in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction
