The role we are hiring for is a Full-Time Outlet Service Supervisor position, focusing on the supervision and direction of service staff across our dining outlets. This position is integral to maintaining the quality standards of our food and beverage services and ensuring exemplary guest experiences. The Outlet Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the outlets, including coordinating with kitchen staff, managing guest interactions, and facilitating smooth service flow. A key part of this role involves staff management duties such as hiring, scheduling, training, and supervision of various service team members including cashiers, servers, greeters, and bus attendants.
This position requires a strong background in food and beverage operations, including experience with banquet set-up and service, as well as restaurant management. The ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively is essential. Additionally, the Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring all service areas are maintained to high standards and that all necessary supplies and manpower are available to create a positive guest experience. Shift availability is primarily in the PM with open availability required.
This is a full-time role offering $18 per hour with benefits available after 60 days of employment, including access to a hotel discount. A Hepatitis A vaccination is required for all candidates, emphasizing our commitment to health and safety standards.
