The Food and Beverage Supervisor position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is a full-time role offering an hourly wage of $25. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or related work
  • Strong F&B knowledge and server skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and move around the restaurant and hotel area for the entire shift
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or related work

Job Duties

  • Play a key role in developing F&B staff through Four Seasons service standards, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently deliver excellence
  • Provide leadership within F&B operations and seamlessly extend support across all F&B outlets in response to operational demands
  • Build strong, authentic connections with staff to foster a positive and engaged team culture
  • Clearly communicate information to staff, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions that elevate the guest experience
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and coach staff to confidently share ingredient details and engaging menu descriptions
  • Commit to continuous learning, expanding your expertise in food and beverage products
  • Perform additional administrative duties, including inventories, scheduling, and menu planning
