Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
- work both independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- ability to work in an environment ranging from 34°F to -10°F as needed
- ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures humidity and other elements while performing certain job duties
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries replenishment straightening merchandise in-stocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing and storing reserve product Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target's policies and procedures Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales Work with vendors to set maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays Locate and identify damaged recalled or expired items and process according to Target's policies and procedures Be knowledgeable about tools products and services available in the store and specific to your area to solve guest issues and improve their experience Execute all federal state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to the business Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment and follow equipment control guidelines Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct safety and compliance Work safely and comply with all safety policies best practices and training Report hazards and correct where possible Support guest services such as back-up cashier order pick up and Drive-up and maintain compliance while executing those duties Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their needs Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
