Currently, Legends Global has an excellent and immediate full-time opportunity for a Food & Beverage Staffing Manager based at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. This important salaried position, reporting to the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all food and beverage staffing needs are met efficiently in coordination with various teams including non-profit groups and third-party contractors. The Food & Beverage Staffing Manager is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll organization for the concessions staff, ensuring all events are properly staffed. This position requires managing inventory for uniforms and maintaining accurate records for food and liquor permits, ensuring compliance with all required certifications including ServSafe standards and city or state regulations.
This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills capable of managing multiple staffing elements. The ideal candidate will be adept at scheduling software utilization, conflict resolution regarding shifts, as well as leading recruitment efforts for non-profit group workers. Maintaining excellent communication with Food and Beverage Operations Managers and assisting with the creation and upkeep of training manuals and standard operating procedures are central components of the role. Furthermore, the Staffing Manager must demonstrate a customer service mindset and maintain a professional demeanor that supports positive relationships with clients, vendors, and staff. The position involves flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays and requires the ability to work independently while engaging empathetically with the team to keep morale high.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must maintain Manager Serv Safe certification and other required food and liquor permits
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor and confidentiality with company and staff information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to accept change and constructive feedback
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist department managers as directed
- Responsible for managing check in / uniform room for part time staff
- Maintain accurate inventory of all uniforms
- Maintain Manager Serv Safe certification as well as Serv Safe Alcohol and Serv Safe Allergens certifications
- Keep record of all food and liquor permits for part time staff
- Follow all rules and regulations applicable at Pinnacle Bank Arena
- Coordinate scheduling for part time staff, non-profit groups, temp agency staff and other contractors
- Prepare schedules using scheduling software and update changes
- Recruit and maintain database for non-profit groups and prepare event reports
- Communicate scheduling issues to F&B Operations Managers
- Mitigate scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules based on leave requests and availability
- Maintain call off/absence spreadsheet
- Print check in paperwork for events
- Work with Food & Beverage Managers on recruiting, training, and staffing
- Update and maintain staff training manuals including SOPs
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
- Demonstrate flexibility, multitasking ability and professionalism
- Work with staff patiently to keep them engaged
