Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of experience in food and beverage operations hospitality concessions or related field
- Experience with inventory tracking and stock management
- Working knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations
- Ability to analyze basic sales and inventory data

- Associate’s degree in hospitality food and beverage management or related field preferred
- Experience in a convention center civic center or high-volume event venue preferred
- Experience with POS systems preferred
- Food Handlers' Certification
Job Duties
- Assist operations coordinator with tracking and maintaining records of approved third-party vendors and caterers
- Check third-party caterers into and out of the kitchen ensuring compliance with facility policies and kitchen procedures
- Conduct kitchen inspections prior to events and post-event to ensure cleanliness compliance and proper equipment condition
- Oversee stocking and organization of all perishable non-perishable beverage and paper goods for concession stands and bars
- Assist with conducting inventory counts before and after events and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Prepare concession stands and bars prior to events ensuring proper setup cleanliness and operational readiness
- Assist with development and updates of concession and bar menus including standard menus and specialty or event-specific offerings
