As a key facility within the region, it offers a dynamic environment where event planning and execution come together seamlessly to support both small gatherings and large-scale events. The center is dedicated to maintaining operational excellence through meticulous management of its amenities, including its food and beverage services, which play an integral role in enhancing the guest experience and supporting the overall success of events.

Tracking sales trends, analyzing product performance, and monitoring guest satisfaction are further important responsibilities. The Food & Beverage Specialist plays a vital role in supporting financial accountability by accurately tracking products and controlling shrinkage, enhancing operational efficiency and budget adherence.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization across multiple areas, including kitchens, concession stands, storage rooms, and bars. They must also collaborate effectively with facility maintenance teams to address equipment repair needs promptly, ensuring continuous functionality.
Ideal candidates typically bring at least two years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, concessions, or related fields, combined with a keen understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement, although an associate’s degree in hospitality or food and beverage management is preferred. Experience working in high-volume venues such as convention centers, civic centers, or other event spaces provides valuable context and enhances job performance.
Essential certifications include a Food Handlers' Certification, reflecting the role’s emphasis on safe food handling practices. Practical experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is also desirable to support inventory tracking and sales analysis. Overall, the Food & Beverage Specialist at the Frank W.
