Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a server or bartender is a plus
- computer literacy with POS system knowledge
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ability to stay organized and motivated
Job Duties
- Interact with members while performing service duties
- assess members' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- become proficient in food and beverage menu knowledge
- stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- set up and break down all food and beverage events
- maintain reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with company policies
- adapt to changing duties based on business needs
