Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and present menus offering insightful recommendations on food and beverage selections
  • Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders ensuring timely service and presentation standards are met
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately maintaining proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean organized and inviting dining area adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service flow
