Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and engage them in conversation about current sports events and promotions
- Present food and beverage selections in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, making suggestions to enhance their experience
- Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer menu questions, and ensure prompt order taking
- Input orders accurately into our Point-of-Sale system and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen
- Verify guest ages for alcohol service and serve food and beverages ensuring an attentive dining experience
- Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and proactively address any needs or concerns
- Follow service protocols and standard procedures to maintain quality service
- Clear dishes and glasses from tables, and assist in keeping the dining area clean
- Process guest payments accurately
- Stay informed of marketing initiatives and upcoming events to encourage guest returns
