Job Duties

Complete opening side duties as assigned
Check quality and amount of all restaurant stock and supplies using checklist
Stock all necessary supplies to restaurant
Ensure a sufficient supply of all silverware, glassware and dinner ware for service
Fold napkins
Setup side station with supplies and equipment
Clean all equipment as assigned
Restock items for next service
Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor
Perform other duties as reasonably requested
