Job Requirements
- punctuality and proper uniform at all times
- adhere to regular handwashing every 30 minutes during shifts
- serve food and beverages in compliance with safety standards
- maintain clean and sanitized work areas
- support other front of house roles as needed
- maintain positive communication with team members and management
- prepare team for success during shift transitions by completing all side work
Job Qualifications
- warm and friendly personality
- strong menu knowledge including food allergies
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable handling cash and working with numbers
- basic literacy skills
- strong communication skills both independently and in a team
- at least 18 years old as per state law
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly within proximity
- adhere to service steps as outlined in training materials
- serve alcoholic beverages following company and state guidelines
- collaborate with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas
- keep server stations organized and stocked
- handle 'To Go' orders as assigned
