The Food and Beverage Server role at Invited is a pivotal position that requires delivering exceptional service aligned with the company’s core values and service standards. This role focuses on providing an outstanding dining experience to members and guests by employing a three-step service approach: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for efficiently serving food and beverages while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu, including daily specials. You will greet members warmly by name, enhancing their comfort and enjoyment during their visit. Working collaboratively with fellow team members, you will help elevate the overall guest experience by ensuring timely order execution and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role also involves handling guest complaints with effective service recovery techniques and supporting management as needed.

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous experience in food and beverage service. Additionally, candidates must hold current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by local regulations.
