Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
Basic cash handling experience
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus

Job Duties

Warmly greet guests and present menus offering insightful recommendations on food and beverage selections
Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders ensuring timely service and presentation standards are met
Anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
Process payments efficiently and accurately maintaining proper cash handling procedures
Maintain a clean organized and inviting dining area adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service flow
