Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 4 years in the Food & Beverage industry
- Or, without a degree, at least 14 years of relevant marketing experience including 6 years in the Food & Beverage industry
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years within the Food & Beverage industry
- Professional engineering (PE) license or relevant professional certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience working within AEC and engineering-led EPC environments
- Proven ability to develop client strategies and lead major pursuits
- Experience working with national food and beverage manufacturers
- Strong understanding of process facilities, industrial systems, and EPC execution models
- Experience leading or collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
Job Duties
- Develop and execute a national Food & Beverage market strategy aligned with Mead & Hunt’s long-range strategic and business plans
- Identify, prioritize, and advance growth opportunities with national and regional food and beverage manufacturers
- Lead or support go/no-go decisions, pursuit strategies, teaming approaches, and client interview preparation for major pursuits
- Monitor market trends, regulatory drivers, and client capital investment priorities impacting the food and beverage industry
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, industry partners, and strategic teaming firms
- Support targeted marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and conference participation
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and construction delivery teams to align pursuits with execution capabilities
