Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in customer relations and communication

Job Duties

  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally
  • Gather and assemble marketing materials and information packages
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
  • Assist management in developing and executing revenue and marketing programs
  • Coordinate social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs
  • Handle client communications and coordinate reservation confirmations
