Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets in a high-volume, upscale or convention hotel environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory controls, and food & beverage operations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
