The company maintains strict standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service excellence. It aims to combine operational efficiency with a positive guest experience by investing in experienced and motivated staff to oversee daily operations and uphold the highest standards. The current opportunity within Wilderness Development Corp. is for the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor, a position designed to ensure efficient management of food and beverage outlets. This role is vital to the company as it directly supports the operational success and customer satisfaction initiatives that Wilderness Development Corp. prides itself on.

This includes ensuring that pricing and product availability align with customer demand while maintaining quality control. The supervisor is tasked with overseeing all operational aspects of the food outlets, including but not limited to staffing, ordering, inventory management, enforcing cash handling policies, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety standards required by health departments are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who can multitask effectively while inspiring and managing a team. Responsibilities extend to maintaining outlet cleanliness and guaranteeing the highest product standards are preserved. The position requires physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift, as well as the ability to maintain focus on quality and safety standards under sometimes challenging environmental conditions.
Candidates should possess strong leadership skills combined with effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with food and beverage menus, preparation, and presentation is essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role suits detail-oriented, creative thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit professionalism and punctuality. Certifications such as ServSafe, TABC Permit, and Tennessee Driver's License or eligibility to obtain these certificates within 30 days are mandatory.
