Job Requirements

  • Certified in safe food handling or obtain certification within 60 days
  • two or more years of restaurant management experience preferably in a multi-unit setting
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work up to six days a week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversees daily operation of food and beverage locations to ensure compliance with company and health regulations
  • ensures adherence to federal, state, and local liquor laws
  • monitors sales, costs, and inventory to achieve profit goals
  • assists in hiring, training, developing, and scheduling department staff
  • monitors and controls labor expenses
  • provides ongoing staff training and evaluation
  • promotes an entrepreneurial spirit by recommending sales and profit improvements
  • ensures team has necessary tools to operate effectively
  • creates a hospitable and welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • maintains company standards of Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe service
  • ensures high quality of product and service for patrons
  • maintains a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies
  • acts as Manager on Duty as assigned
