The Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor at Six Flags plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage locations within the park. This position is responsible for ensuring that all financial objectives are met, including strict control of inventory and labor costs. The supervisor oversees compliance with company policies as well as state and local regulations, including health department standards and liquor laws. Job Requirements
- Certified in safe food handling or obtain certification within 60 days
- two or more years of restaurant management experience preferably in a multi-unit setting
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work up to six days a week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Oversees daily operation of food and beverage locations to ensure compliance with company and health regulations
- ensures adherence to federal, state, and local liquor laws
- monitors sales, costs, and inventory to achieve profit goals
- assists in hiring, training, developing, and scheduling department staff
- monitors and controls labor expenses
- provides ongoing staff training and evaluation
- promotes an entrepreneurial spirit by recommending sales and profit improvements
- ensures team has necessary tools to operate effectively
- creates a hospitable and welcoming environment for guests and team members
- maintains company standards of Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe service
- ensures high quality of product and service for patrons
- maintains a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies
- acts as Manager on Duty as assigned
