This position offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 plus a 10% bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Memphis, Tennessee. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Four plus years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
  • Experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen including labor management, forecasting, and P&L exposure
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Experience in full-service or luxury hotel environments preferred
