Our hotel hosts multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, an in-room dining service, and a vibrant lounge bar, all designed to provide guests with a memorable and high-quality service encounter. We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic, high-volume food and beverage operation. This leadership position is critical to ensuring operational excellence across multiple outlets while balancing the guest experience with stringent operational discipline. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and hands-on leadership skills, thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role involves managing and developing department managers and frontline teams, maintaining consistency in service standards, and optimizing financial performance through effective labor management and cost controls. Additionally, the person in this position will collaborate closely with culinary leadership to uphold quality and operational consistency, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and health regulations.

Offering a competitive base salary of $95,000 and a 10% bonus opportunity, this role also encourages candidates considering relocation, with relocation support provided. Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
  • Experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen including labor management, forecasting, and P&L exposure
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Experience in full-service or luxury hotel environments preferred
