We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic, high-volume food and beverage operation. This leadership position is critical to ensuring operational excellence across multiple outlets while balancing the guest experience with stringent operational discipline. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and hands-on leadership skills, thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role involves managing and developing department managers and frontline teams, maintaining consistency in service standards, and optimizing financial performance through effective labor management and cost controls. Additionally, the person in this position will collaborate closely with culinary leadership to uphold quality and operational consistency, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and health regulations.

Offering a competitive base salary of $95,000 and a 10% bonus opportunity, this role also encourages candidates considering relocation, with relocation support provided.
