Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field
- OR two-year degree in relevant major and two years of experience
- Ability to supervise daily food and beverage operations
- Experience managing budgets and operational standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to develop staff and foster a collaborative work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or a related professional area
- OR a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to develop and execute operational plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and motivate employees
Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
- Manages day-to-day operations verifying that quality, standards, and customer expectations are met
- Maintains the operating budget and verifies legal obligations are followed
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Coordinates cleaning program in all food and beverage areas, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements
- Provides exceptional customer service, responding proactively to guest concerns and setting a positive example
