Our client is a well-established full-service hotel located in Memphis, Tennessee, known for its exceptional hospitality and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences. As a prominent player in the hospitality industry, this hotel offers a range of amenities including multiple dining outlets, in-room dining services, and vibrant lounge and bar areas, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The hotel prides itself on combining luxury with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention and outstanding service throughout their stay.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join this dynamic team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, room service, and a high-energy lounge/bar setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and skilled at managing fast-paced operations while maintaining high service standards and financial discipline. They will work closely with both the front-of-house leadership and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

As a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and develop department managers and frontline staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes align with brand standards, safety protocols, and health regulations. Financial oversight is a critical component of this role, with the Manager expected to monitor labor costs, implement cost controls, and optimize revenue streams across all F&B outlets. This position offers an excellent compensation package including a base salary of $95,000 plus a 10% bonus, along with relocation support for candidates moving to Memphis.

Job Requirements

  • 4 plus years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
  • Experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen including labor management, forecasting, and P and L exposure
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced high-expectation environment
  • Experience in full-service or luxury hotel environments preferred
