We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join this dynamic team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, room service, and a high-energy lounge/bar setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and skilled at managing fast-paced operations while maintaining high service standards and financial discipline. They will work closely with both the front-of-house leadership and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
As a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and develop department managers and frontline staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes align with brand standards, safety protocols, and health regulations. Financial oversight is a critical component of this role, with the Manager expected to monitor labor costs, implement cost controls, and optimize revenue streams across all F&B outlets. This position offers an excellent compensation package including a base salary of $95,000 plus a 10% bonus, along with relocation support for candidates moving to Memphis.

Job Requirements
- 4 plus years of leadership experience in hotel or multi-outlet food and beverage department
- Experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen including labor management, forecasting, and P and L exposure
- Hands-on leadership style
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced high-expectation environment
- Experience in full-service or luxury hotel environments preferred
