Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs e g cases of beverages equipment
- Manual dexterity for overseeing bar and food operations
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings including poolside
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong expertise in food service operations wine and spirits and luxury guest expectations
- Ability to lead coach and inspire a diverse team in the food and beverage space
- Proven financial skills with experience in budgeting labor management and cost control
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with all staff and guests
- Capacity to handle high-pressure situations resolve conflicts and maintain professionalism at all times
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of food and beverage services ensuring smooth execution across all outlets
