A key responsibility of this position includes designing or modifying Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency within the department. The supervisor is also tasked with cultivating a positive working environment that acknowledges and addresses the needs of both employees and guests. An important aspect of the position is direct interaction with employees and guests, fostering open communication to gather feedback on service operations and delivery quality. Maintaining cleanliness and order across all outlets during operating hours is critical to maintaining the brand's reputation.

The role involves a strong collaborative focus, working closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to manage banquets, menus, ordering supplies, and other vital administrative tasks necessary for smooth departmental operations. Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • ServeSafe certified
  • LACT license
  • ABO certification
  • Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to obtain and maintain valid licenses

Job Duties

  • Supervise all food and beverage employees in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Establish payroll controls and schedule employees based on business volume and guidelines
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees

  • Build and maintain a positive working environment sensitive to employees and guests
  • Interact with employees and guests to solicit feedback on operations and service delivery
  • Ensure all outlets are maintained and clean during operating hours
