Job Duties

  • Own and manage diverse food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, and catering
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Analyze trends and collaborate to create effective strategies
  • Deliver training sessions to Customer Service Associates to enhance skills
  • Support hiring, scheduling, and training processes
  • Ensure clean, safe, and inviting food service areas adhering to health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance
