Job Duties
- Own and manage diverse food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, and catering
- Drive sales performance while maintaining quality and consistency
- Analyze trends and collaborate to create effective strategies
- Deliver training sessions to Customer Service Associates to enhance skills
- Support hiring, scheduling, and training processes
- Ensure clean, safe, and inviting food service areas adhering to health and safety standards
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance
