Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage or related field
- or 2-year degree from an accredited university in relevant major
- 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- knowledge of food and beverage policies and procedures
- ability to manage budgets and staff
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work full time
- willingness to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina if not local
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years relevant experience

Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures
- assists in ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program
- operates department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
- encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- monitors and maintains employee productivity levels
- verifies that all team members understand the brand specific philosophy
- maintains the operating budget and ensures legal obligations are followed
- fosters open communication and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork
- manages day-to-day operations ensuring quality and standards meet customer expectations
- provides exceptional customer service and proactively addresses guest concerns
- reviews guest satisfaction results and responds to customer service requests promptly
- provides guidance and direction to subordinates including setting and monitoring performance standards
- analyzes information to solve problems and choose the best solutions
- performs hourly job functions if necessary
- complies with property specific recovery and effort plans
- communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- comprehends budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
