The Food & Beverage Operations Internship is a multi-disciplinary program covering pivotal segments like pastry operations, catering sales, front-of-house duties, seasonal outlet management, banquet kitchen coordination, banquet service delivery, along with foundational finance and human resource exposure. The intern will support daily pastry production including preparation and plating, and assist with dessert presentation and kitchen organization. They will help execute event planning and banquet service operations while engaging in client communication and logistical review of banquet event orders. Additionally, the program includes managing dining room operations through supporting staff coordination and guest services, alongside providing assistance during high-volume seasonal outlet periods. The internship also offers practical experience in banquet kitchen organization and large event execution, emphasizing timing, coordination, and sanitation protocols. Finance and administrative exposure forms an essential part of the learning process, granting insights into budgeting, purchasing, cost control, and operational reporting.
