Now Hiring: Food & Beverage Multi-Outlet Manager. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets within the resort, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, food quality, sanitation, and overall operational efficiency are met consistently. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, you will provide vital leadership, overseeing the planning, organization, training, and coordination needed to achieve excellence across all dining rooms and kitchen areas. Your role will involve guiding outlet supervisors and assistant managers to maintain exceptional service standards and operational compliance.

This role demands a strategic and hands-on leadership style that prioritizes guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that empowers associates to exceed expectations and grow professionally. By ensuring each restaurant under your management delivers superior service, consistent food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere, you will significantly contribute to the resort’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 4-5 years of extensive experience in full-service restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen management
  • general food and beverage and p&l knowledge
  • 3 years of related experience and/or training
  • leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of extensive experience in full-service restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen management
  • general food and beverage and p&l knowledge
  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 years of related experience and/or training
  • at least 3 years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
  • at least 2 years of directly related experience is preferred
  • a leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others

Job Duties

  • ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
  • understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort
  • oversee all outlet supervisors and assistant managers
  • ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
