The Food and Beverage Manager role at Spinx is a full-time position that plays a vital role in driving the success of store operations. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for maintaining brand standards and executing marketing programs efficiently to boost store profitability. In addition, this role focuses on expense control, inventory management, and shortage reduction through diligent adherence to company policies and procedures.
Spinx offers an average annual base salary of $52,000, paid hourly, supplemented by an average monthly bonus of $500 and annual profit sharing averaging $800. There is also a $3,000 average annual tuition reimbursement benefit that supports continuing education and professional development. The Food and Beverage Manager undertakes comprehensive training, including computer-based onboarding, ServSafe certification, and an intensive 4-6 weeks of specialized training in food and beverage and retail operations.
