The Food and Beverage Manager role at Spinx is a full-time position that plays a vital role in driving the success of store operations. This position entails overseeing day-to-day activities which include managing food operations, maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers, and leading recruitment and training efforts to build a high-performing team. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for maintaining brand standards and executing marketing programs efficiently to boost store profitability. In addition, this role focuses on expense control, inventory management, and shortage reduction through diligent adherence to company policies and procedures.

Spinx offers an average annual base salary of $52,000, paid hourly, supplemented by an average monthly bonus of $500 and annual profit sharing averaging $800. There is also a $3,000 average annual tuition reimbursement benefit that supports continuing education and professional development.
