Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
  • excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with hotel management software preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, room service, and banquet functions
  • ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local codes
  • monitor service quality and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • coordinate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and maintain high-quality menus
  • prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability
  • track revenue, expenses, and labor costs, ensuring alignment with financial goals
  • implement inventory control measures for food, beverage, and supplies
  • negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism
  • create staff schedules to meet business demands while maintaining labor efficiency
  • conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates
  • provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to enhance team performance
  • uphold a guest-focused culture by delivering consistent, high-quality service
  • develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and repeat business
  • work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
